Who we are

ERP Consultancy is a software development and electronics engineering company based in Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines. This website is a marketing site that describes our services, our work and our founder. You can reach us at support@erpconsultancy.dev.

What we collect

There are no accounts or sign-ups on this website. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name and email address, optionally your company and phone number, and your message. The form also notes how you arrived at the site, such as the referring website and any campaign tags, so we know where enquiries come from.

Our hosting platform records basic, anonymous visit statistics so we can see how the site is used: the pages you view, the website that referred you, your screen size, your browser language and any campaign tags in the link you followed. This data stays on our own hosting platform and is not shared with advertisers or analytics companies. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, these statistics are not recorded.

Cookies

The site sets a small number of first-party cookies, and keeps a small note in your browser of how you arrived so it can be attached to a form message: a session cookie that keeps the site working, and two statistics cookies (one that lasts up to two years to recognise a returning browser, and one that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

Third-party content

Our contact section embeds a Google Map so you can find our office. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under the Google Privacy Policy. Links to other websites, such as GitHub or our demo site, are governed by those sites' own policies.

How we use what you send

When you contact us through the form, by email or by phone, we use your details only to reply to you and to discuss your project. Form messages are stored securely on our hosting platform and delivered to our inbox. We do not sell, rent or share them, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@erpconsultancy.dev and we will respond.
